Who thinks this about the AFC?

In the AFC shouldn't the Colts be in the AFC East with the Dolphins in the AFC south? The Dolphins are sure further South than the Colts, maybe its just the NFL protecting their poster boy Peyton Manning, in the south he gets the like of the Texans, TItans and Jaguars...Where in the East he would get the Bills, up and coming Jets, and the feared Patriots!
