7 weeks pregant,pink discharge & cramp?

Hi, i am 7 weeks pregnant and i am scared...i am having this irregular rthmic pain in my lower left abdomen for the last 2/3 days...it doest hurt but only says that its there..if i change position or move then it goes way..however, since this morning i have been feeling period like light cramps all day...and just sometime before i saw a light pink discharge when i went to urinate..about an inch long..i dont know what to think of it..am i having a misscarriage> please help
