Do I need to see a doc. sinus pressure?

My forehead, cheeks and temples really hurt. I have been blowing my nose a lot also and it is hard to breath through my nose. I have taken a 12 hour decongestant which semi -helped on one side but the other side hurt so much last night I didn't sleep. I also took a pain reliever to help w/ the pain but it still hurts a little. Plus I have a slight fever of 100. So do u think i should see a doc.?
