Wedding reception ideas?

okay so this is my idea for my reception...I want you know nice flowers, dim lighting so im thinking candles and dries around and for food I want a chocolte fountain with fruit and marshmellows aqnd all that good stuff to dip and some other yummy chocolates and sweets.. i originally was thinking just chocolate and champagne but decided to include some appetizers like shrimp tail and mni sandwhiches and maybe some mini meat i will only have champagne served with like rasberry or strawberry inside and you kno like bottles of water and soda but I just want a really y ambiance so what other kinds of food do you think i should get?
