He said he doesn't like me, why is he acting like this?

Ok so I kinda like this guy and we always flirt but when I told him I like him he didn't;t feel the same way, but now he keeps flirting even more! He talks to me about the girls he likes but he always "spazes" me (that's when you grab someones hips to make them scream if they're ticklish) and he always asks me kind of flirty questions online ect. "what would you do in 7 mins in heaven if we were paired up?" and he said i was in his top 8 people that he'd he'd make out with. If he knows I like him and he doesn't feel the same way, whys he acting like this? What should I do?
