Is it ok to behave indecently if you are a multimillionaire?

Marlon King fondled a woman in a night club and was rebuffed, he then pestered her friends who also told him to stop whereupon he then went back to the first one stroking her hair, she told him to stop and he screamed at her 'don't you know i'm a multimillionaire" before punching her in the face and breaking her nose. The bouncers threw him out. He later claimed to police it wasn't him but a case of mistaken identity but the many witnesses in the club knew him. What made him think he could inappropriately touch an unknown stranger just because he has money?
