What Should I Ask For?

I am turning 16 her at the end of Aug. and my mom wanted a list of what I wanted. And they say they aren't good gift to ask for my 16th birthday. and what should i do for my party since i start school the day after my birthday and it will be labor day weekend. im not very popular. so i don't know who would come to my party. besides my good friends. i tought bout a hang out party. later at night and have a camp fire. HELp. have less than 30 days till birthday. (Aug 31)
