Im trying to figure out what all this stuff means on my check?

ok i had my medical insurance taken off of my checks because the were taking out way to much so now im trying to figure out what else their taking out of my checks....something called INS MED U * for 32.50 and SUP CAN for 9.86 and SUP ACC for 4.89 what are those things!!!!!
