Who do you believe North Korea or western news services?

I believe the USA's version. I think N. Korea is trying to make itself look bigger on the global scale than it really is. As far as China and Russia are concerned, I don't think they care whether or not a war breaks out as a result of this action because they can both jump in and try to annex North Korea as part of their own countries.
