well if you listen to the first person you will panic becuase you will get about 50 results with them all ending in hospitalization or dieing so dont do that. Try a cold med or get some mucinex (im not sure how you spell it). Dont take them together. If you have more of a cough, sore throat, and stuffy nose then stick with the cold meds but if you feel more tightness in your chest when you cough and feel congested then take the mucinex. Any cold med should be fine
