Why do these individuals who voted for the Cap and Trade?

EVERY House member that voted for the Global Warming tax should be thrown out of office the next election. BTW,Mary Bono took over when Sonny Bono was killed. She may be a republican but she's a turn coat liberal (RINO). She probalby calls herself a republican because of Sonny and the district she's in.
