Is this Yahoo/Msn lottery a legitmate lottery?

Oh, my, this must be real, it came from Sr Alan Joe, whoever the he** he is. Yahoo and MSN are barely on speaking terms right now, with Yahoo telling Microsoft that they have to come up with more money to buy Yahoo. Why on earth do you think you would be receiving email telling you of some fabulous money prize in a lottery that doesn't exist, by two companies who are in competition with each other. That people would believe this crap is unbelievable to me.
