Is my parakeet neat?

Gorgeous! Your parakeet is a Rosella, but I'm not sure which kind of rosella. It looks like it might be an Eastern Rosella... the one with the yellow belly, but if the belly is red, it could be a Crimson Rosella. The colouring of the rosellas is incredible. Some people believe that they make better aviary birds than pets, but I do know someone who had one as a pet for years, even though she bred all of the rest of them.
