I received a theft charge, am i going to get sentenced to a placement?

I am a juvenile from Pennsylvania and I received a theft charge about a 2 months ago. Recently I have been charged again for theft for trying to sell a phone i found back to the owner. I have not yet been to court for either case yet & I am wondering if i am going to be sentenced time in a placement. Please help!
