How can I set up a Data Entry Company (for outsource work)?

I am interested in setting up a data entry company to accomodate local businesses that outsource this type of work. I have no idea where to begin. If you have ever done something similar, please help me out. I know I would be able to recruit the work force and the work, but i am at a loss for the legalities. Also, I guess i'm afraid of the UNKNOWN (things I may have to do but am unaware of). Please Help!
