If they are signals, they are very faint and distant. I wouldn't worry about it. Don't start making any umptions until you talk to her and find out for sure. Most girls want the guy to be straight forward about things and if you just say "hey, I really like you and I would like to spend more time with you. If you don't, I understand, but I just wanted to put that out there" she will probably respond very well to that.
