Casio G-Shock AWG101-1A, what does the bottom circle indicate?

As it includes 'Multi-Band 5 Atomic Timekeeping ' in it's description, I'm guessing that it is a display that tells you which Atomic Clock transmitter it is receiving. (The five sections have a country code and a frequency.)
