10 points: I like this girl, but afraid to confront her?!?

I'm 21 and I really find this girl attractive. But I'm kinda shy, timid/ or afraid to talk to her. Not to mention, one of the main reasons why I'm afraid to start a relationship is because... I'm afraid of ending up with the wrong person. Because one of lifes important roles is to find the right one. Any help?
